Dunsmuir is taking part in the Jump Rope for Heart fundraiser — a fun way to get active and support an important cause! This organization raises money for heart and stroke research, and they count on awesome middle school students like YOU to help make a difference.
On May 30th, all Grade 6, 7, and 8 students will head out to the field during Blocks 4, 5, and 6 for a mix of jump rope and non-jump activities. Whether you’re skipping like a pro or just cheering on your friends, everyone can be part of the fun!
We’re aiming to raise $1000 as a school, and every little bit helps — even a toonie can make a difference! Donations will be collected using envelopes provided to your teacher.
🎉 If we hit our goal, you’ll get to see Mr. Smythe, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. McKean get soaked with ice water — right on the field!
🍕 Plus, the class that raises the most money will win a pizza party!
Let’s jump in and make a difference, Dunsmuir!Â
