Students:

If you are receiving ANOTHER Emergency Release Form, it means the office has not yet received one from you. Please make sure to take it home, have your parent or guardian complete it, and return it to the office promptly so we have accurate contact information on file in case of an emergency.

Reporting a student Absence at Dunsmuir.

Is your child absent, late, or signing out early? Please notify us by email rather than calling.

Important:

Subject line should include your child’s legal last name
In the body of the email, please include
- Your child’s first and last name
- Their teacher’s name
- The date of absence
- The reason for absence

Have you seen or heard something that concerns you?

Is someone or something bothering you or your friends at school?

The erase|Report It tool lets you send a secure, anonymous and confidential message to your school or school district’s safe school coordinator, who will follow up on it right away. You do not have to provide your name unless you want to.

Messages are only monitored during your school’s operational hours. If this is an emergency please call 911 immediately.
