Fun Fact of the Day- Terry Fox

Did you know that Terry Fox was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and moved to Port Coquitlam, BC, when he was just 8 years old? Growing up, Terry was a hardworking, baseball-loving kid who never gave up — even when things got tough. ⚾

That determination he showed as a young athlete became the same courage and strength he showed during his Marathon of Hope. Remember, Terry’s story reminds us that ordinary people can do extraordinary things when they stay determined and believe in a cause. ❤️

In the body of the email, please include
- Your child’s first and last name
- Their teacher’s name
- The date of absence
- The reason for absence
