Permission forms are due to the office no later than Monday for the tournament on November 19th.

Please bring your forms to the office and place them in Ms. Hartley’s cubby.

Reporting a student Absence at Dunsmuir.

Is your child absent, late, or signing out early? Please notify us by email rather than calling.

Important:

Subject line should include your child’s legal last name
In the body of the email, please include
- Your child’s first and last name
- Their teacher’s name
- The date of absence
- The reason for absence

Is someone or something bothering you or your friends at school?

The erase|Report It tool lets you send a secure, anonymous and confidential message to your school or school district’s safe school coordinator, who will follow up on it right away. You do not have to provide your name unless you want to.
